"Wow, I wish I could cook too!" exclaimed Jonathan. His mother was cooking a dish called "sweet and sour fish." When the fish had turned golden-brown, his mother took the pan off the stove. She placed it onto a beautiful plate and garnished it with cucumber. Jonathan sat down at their dinner table to eat his lunch. He loved the fragrance of the sweet and sour fish.
After he had finished his lunch, he immediatly got off his seat and thought of something exciting. He decided to create a toy kitchen and to pretend that he was cooking.
"What if I really cook a real fish?" thought Jonathan.
He took a stool from the storage room and put it in front of his father's aquarium. He took a fish net. As he was trying to catch a fish, water splattered all over the floor.
He immediatly ran over to his kitchen as the fish moving and water was dripping onto the floor. He sat down and pretended that there was a flame. Jonathan thought of the sweet and sour that his mother had cooked.
When his mother walked past him, her jaw dropped as the fish was the one that his father had bought, and it cost hundred of dollars. His mother quickly put the fish back onto the aquarium. After a while, the fish was swimming normally. His mother scolded him but she did not tell his father about it.
