It was Chinese New Year. Sam's mother decided to prepare a pecial dish. It was Sam's favourite dish, " Fish and Chips ! ". She went to the fish market in the morning at 7am to buy some fish. Sam's mother chose the fishes by at its eyes. After buying some small fish, she went back home and started preparing the dish. First, she washed the fish until they were clean and cut it into bite-sized pieces. " Hisss ! " mum poured the oil into the hot frying pan. Then, she placed the fishes into the frying pan. She scooped thembout with a spatula when they turned golden brown. Then, she garnished them with pieces of cucumber. Sam asked to have a bite of it, but she said, " No! ". After some time, she served it for lunch with rice. Sam ate it in a minute because of the freshness and cruchiness of the cucumber.
After some time, Sam felt hungry again. He felt like eating more fish and chips. He sat on the sofa and started thinking of a solution. One minute later, he said, " I know what to do today ! ". He started to imtate his mother's cooking. He created a oy kitchen for himself. Then, he caught his fathers's special goldfish. It gasped for air.
Next, he started preparing the fish and chips. He placed the fish on his toy frying in pan. Meanwhile, his father came back home and found that one of his goldfish was missing. He started behaving like a monkey and then he suspected that Sam had taken it. He went to Sam's room. What a shock, he had when he saw that Sam was playing with his gold fish! Sam's father stopped and in a twinkling of an eye, he took the gold fishand placed it into the fish tank. Sam's father Sam and deducted his pocket money. That was a very valuable lesson for Sam

P4 Humility
